FOS.net Managing Director Awarded MBE for Life-Changing Charity Work
Jason and Gail O’Shea, founders of Wipe Away Those Tears , have been honoured with MBEs in the New Year Honours List for their outstanding contributions to children with life-limiting illnesses.
Since establishing the Essex-based charity 18 years ago, the couple has raised over £2 million , helping more than 1,000 children by funding vital equipment and granting wishes, such as trips to Disneyland Paris and specialised wheelchairs.
Jason said, “We’ve been incredibly lucky in life, and it’s important to give back. This recognition is a reflection of the kindness of everyone who has supported us.”
Gail added, “Our mission is to bring joy and relief to families facing incredibly tough circumstances, and this honour inspires us to continue our work.”
